Greenera Engineering Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of solid waste management equipment, including Organic Waste Composting Machines, Shredders, Baling Machines, and Recycling Solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and develop sales opportunities.
Promote and sell waste management equipment and recycling solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with service and operations teams for successful project execution.
Update CRM records and daily sales reports.
Requirements
Graduate in BBA, B.Com, Diploma, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Field Sales preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic technical understanding of machinery/equipment.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
