Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Introduce Teleforce's products and services professionally.

- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.

- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.

- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into opportunities.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Handle customer queries politely and maintain a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Final-year students awaiting results may also apply).

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Confident, energetic, and eager to learn.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

- Positive attitude with good persuasion and listening skills.
