Location: Virar west | Type: Full-Time 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (•Sunday fixed off•) | Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Job Overview:

The Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers, understanding their financial requirements, promoting suitable loan products and generating business through effective telecalling, sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and explain suitable loan products and financial solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate loan options.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.

• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups and lead updates in the system.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers for file processing and loan approvals.

• Collect and ensure proper documentation from customers for loan applications.

• Follow up with customers throughout the application process until loan disbursement.

• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication and sales skills may apply.

• Basic understanding of sales, telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and calling platforms.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
