FINCEY CAPITAL SOLUTIONS – Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO)
Role: Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO)
Main purpose of the role:
The ARO will connect with potential and existing customers, understand their financial requirements, explain suitable loan products, generate business through telecalling, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain loan products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
Maintain daily call records, follow-ups and lead updates.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers for loan file processing and approvals.
Collect and verify required customer documentation.
Follow up with customers until the loan is disbursed.
Achieve monthly business/sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper service.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of sales or customer service.
Freshers are welcome.
Comfortable working with monthly targets and pressure.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to grow.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and calling platforms
