Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred, though strong communication skills matter more.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within banking, financial services, or DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks.
Communication: Clear speaking and listening skills to explain complex interest rates, fees, and terms in simple words.
