Job Summary
Bharat Cred Solutions Private Limited is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Male Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, and promoting Personal Loan and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

• Explain personal loan products, eligibility, documentation, and benefits.

• Convert leads into successful applications and disbursals.

• Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and other teams for smooth processing.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred.

• 0 to 6 months years of experience in tele-sales, personal loans, banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented with a positive and confident approach.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
