Job Summary

We are urgently hiring Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• HSC: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Graduates: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

• Good verbal communication skills with comfortable English speaking ability.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a sales/telesales environment.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

• Additional incentives may be applicable as per company policy.
