Job Description
We are hiring Telesales Executives for Our Client Company. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in telesales or BPO, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the insurance industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Explain health insurance plans and their benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow company policies and IRDAI compliance guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Experience in BPO/Telesales is preferred.

Excellent Hindi & English Communication.
Sales & Convincing Skills.
Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
Customer Handling.
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
CRM Knowledge (Preferred).
