We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Educan Global Operations Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in inhouse tools as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000. Salary is not a constraint for experienced candidates. Freshers are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand candidates’ qualifications, experience, skills and career preferences.
Identify and recommend suitable overseas job opportunities based on candidate profiles.
Explain job roles, eligibility requirements, recruitment procedures and relevant opportunities clearly.
Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability for available positions.
Follow up regularly with interested and shortlisted candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate information, follow-up status and recruitment records.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming overseas requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up and support throughout the candidate journey.
Work towards assigned recruitment targets and conversion goals.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role Any Graduate with minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Training will be given to Freshers.
