We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive – Vehicle Insurance to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining vehicle insurance products, and closing sales over the phone. With a collaborative work environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote vehicle insurance policies.
Explain product features, coverage details, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable motor insurance plans.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales updates in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers with policy documentation and basic renewal processes.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply).
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of vehicle insurance or willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle rejection and work towards achieving targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
