Diamond Growth Era
Diamond Growth Era is looking for motivated and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
💼 Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time
💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience
🎯 Incentives: Performance-based incentives, with average incentives up to ₹20,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Introduce and explain our services professionally
• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups
• Build strong client relationships and convert enquiries into business
• Maintain accurate call and client records
• Work towards assigned sales targets
Candidate Profile:
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, positive and target-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
