Job Description:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
• Maintain customer records and update follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Gujarati/Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.
