Telesales Job Details:

• Calling potential customers from the provided database and generating sales leads.
• Explaining health insurance products and benefits to prospective clients.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable plans.
• Following up with interested customers and converting leads into sales.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, discussions, and sales activities.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handling customer queries and providing prompt resolutions.
• Coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:
• Graduation preferred
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Telesales/Telecalling/Sales
• Age below 35 years
• Immediate joiners preferred
