Job Description – Tele-Sales Executive (Pre-Sales)

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive – Pre-Sales to join Begin Again Business Solutions LLP. The role involves connecting with prospective customers on behalf of real estate developers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and nurturing customer relationships through timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to engage potential buyers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in real estate projects.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

• Qualify leads based on customer interest, purchase intent, budget, and readiness to buy.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to nurture leads and maintain engagement.

• Share relevant project information, including property details, pricing, amenities, and available options.

• Identify high-potential leads and prioritize follow-ups to support the developer's sales team.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments between prospective buyers and the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the designated CRM or lead management system.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and minimize missed opportunities.

• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Meet daily calling targets, follow-up targets, and other performance objectives.

• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company processes and client guidelines.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.

• Experience: 0–6+ years; freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.

• Basic understanding of customer handling, sales, and follow-up processes.

• Ability to understand customer needs and identify genuine sales opportunities.

• Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain records accurately.

• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve performance.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week during the day shift.
