✅ Generate leads for Personal Loans & Overdraft products

✅ Handle customer queries and explain banking products

✅ Collect KYC & required documents from customers

✅ Coordinate with credit & operations team for loan processing

✅ Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets

✅ Field sales & market visits for customer acquisition
