We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily sales calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
