Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and online platforms.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities.

Government E-Marketplace Portal Executive Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM portal, including product listings and bid participation.

- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government norms.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and payment processing.

- Prepare reports on bid statuses, success rates, and order pipelines ¹ ² ³.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and business development skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with online platforms and digital marketing channels ⁴ ⁵ ⁶.
