Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Explain solar energy solutions, benefits, and cost savings to customers
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with field sales team for closures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Fluency in Hindi & English
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in tele-calling / tele-sales / customer support is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
