Job Title: Telesales. Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Inside Sales Executives to drive sales through outbound and inbound voice processes. The role involves selling Rental packages and products, handling customer inquiries, managing the sales funnel, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate is confldent, persuasive, target-driven, and fluent in Hindi, kannada and English or regional languages as required).
Key Roles & Responsibilities.
1.	Handle outbound calling and inbound enquiries related to residential and commercial rental properties.
2.	Follow up on rental leads generated through property portals, marketing campaigns,
brokers, referrals, and internal sources.
3.	Understand tenant requirements (budget, location, property type, preferences) and recommend/pitch suitable rental options.
4.	Explain property details clearly including rent, deposit, amenities, location benefits, availability, and rental terms & conditions.
5.	Coordinate and schedule property site visits with tenants, property owners, and internal service desk teams.
6.	Manage the complete rental sales cycle, from enquiry and follow-ups to negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.
7.	Coordinate between tenants and property owners to negotiate rental terms and finalize
agreements smoothly.
8.	Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking calls, follow-ups, site visits, pipeline status, closures, and customer/property databases.
9.	Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent conversion performance.
10.	Provide excellent customer service and professional communication, including handling concerns, payment follow-ups, booking confirmations, compliance, and working
effectively under pressure with multiple clients.
Qualiflcations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fleld preferred Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales
Experience in Digital Marketing services, IT services, Banking, Insurance, Loans, NBFCs, or Financial Services preferred
