We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, calling potential customers, explaining product details, generating sales and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Contact leads generated through online advertisements.
Explain product details and offers to customers.
Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain daily calling and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
