Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database.

• Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.

• Explain products/services, pricing, features, and benefits clearly.

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.

• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for successful customer onboarding.

• Update CRM/Excel/Google Sheets with the latest lead status.

• Build a positive relationship with customers and maintain professional communication.

• Provide regular reports on calls, leads, appointments, and sales conversions.

KRA / KPI

• Daily outbound calls: 80–120

• Qualified leads generated: 10–15 per day

• Follow-ups: 100% of assigned leads

• Monthly sales/conversion target: As per business requirement

• Lead-to-sale conversion ratio

• Call quality and customer engagement

• Accurate and timely CRM/lead updates

• Achievement of monthly revenue targets

Candidate Profile

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, BPO, or customer service

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Hindi and English communication required; additional regional languages are an advantage

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM

• Ability to handle customer objections and rejection positively
