Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and answer customer questions clearly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate details.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Handle objections professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing / telesales / customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a positive attitude.
Fluent in [Hindi / Gujrati].
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
