Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telephonic sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in the plywood industry will be an advantage).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge for managing records and customer data.
Persuasion skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working from the office.
Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to retailers and wholesalers to promote and sell our plywood products.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers across India.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns professionally.
• Maintain a database of customers and regularly update it with feedback and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to meet sales targets.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination for order tracking and customer satisfaction.
