Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain customer details in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Prepare daily call reports and lead status.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
Ability to work with targets.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
