Telemarketing Executive – Lead Generation & Pre-Sales

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The role involves outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, customer data management, and pre-sales support. • Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

• Department: Sales / Pre-Sales

• Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Cold Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using assigned databases and call lists.

• Introduce products and services to generate customer interest.

• Identify potential prospects and generate qualified sales leads.

• Build an initial connection with customers and understand their requirements.

Customer Data Management

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.

• Verify customer contact details, preferences, and requirements.

• Ensure accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.

Pre-Sales Support

• Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).

• Address initial customer queries and handle objections professionally.

• Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further discussions and closure.

• Follow up with prospects to maintain an active sales pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.

• Graduates: Freshers from any stream can apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent calling performance.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, cold calling, or lead generation is an advantage.
