Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join Universe Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

- Explain Universe Consultancy services clearly and professionally.

- Generate new leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers.

- Maintain daily call and lead records in Excel/CRM.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the sales and management team for further client processing.

- Schedule appointments and arrange client meetings when required.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

- Provide daily work and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.

- Ensure proper follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Tamil communication is essential; basic English preferred.

- Good telephone etiquette.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to handle customer questions professionally.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Any degree / Diploma / 12th standard.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or consultancy experience will be an advantage.
