We are hiring enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives to generate business leads through outbound calls, promote products and services, and onboard new clients. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to generate business leads.
Promote and sell the company's products and services.
Contact potential customers and onboard new clients.
Communicate effectively in English and the regional language.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Follow sales and marketing methods to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA, B.Tech, BE, PGDM, PGDBM, etc.).
Age: 18–34 years.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and sales skills.
Outbound calling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary : 18,000 - 20,000 + Performance based Incentives
