Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales or leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
2. Explain company products and services clearly
3. Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
4. Maintain a database of customer information and call records
5. Handle customer queries and objections professionally
6. Follow up with interested prospects
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
2. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
4. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
5. Good listening skills and patience
Education & Experience:
Minimum: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-6 months, Freshers interested in Telemarketing / Telesales role
