About the Role
Tech Earth Global Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide a team in an IT environment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve business and performance targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the team's daily work.
- Track individual and team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and discipline.
- Train and support new team members when required.
- Ensure company policies and processes are followed.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and team records.
- Handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced IT environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT sector, preferably in a team-handling or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and MIS.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of IT processes and business operations.
- Professional attitude and good workplace discipline.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with an IT, Management, or related qualification will be preferred.
