We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Sales Team Leader to lead our credit card sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in credit card tele-sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele-sales executives for credit card salesAchieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basisTrain team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and complianceMonitor daily performance, call quality, and productivity of the teamPrepare sales reports and provide regular updates to managementHandle escalations and support the team to close high-value leadsEnsure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelinesRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card tele-salesProven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Tele Sales ExecutiveStrong knowledge of credit card products, processes, and sales strategiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsGood analytical and reporting skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in banking or financial services industryStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
