Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Team Leader to lead and manage our business-to-business sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies, securing corporate tie-ups, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate the team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The B2B Team Leader will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective client handling and problem resolution. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills to successfully close deals and expand the company’s business network.
