We are looking for a Telesales executive to join our team at Insurancetak Financial Consultant. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities – Telesales Executive (Health Insurance Portability)
Contact customers through outbound calls using company-provided leads.
Explain the benefits and process of health insurance portability.
Understand customers' existing insurance policies and identify their coverage needs.
Compare available health insurance plans and recommend the most suitable options.
Build trust by providing accurate product and policy information.
Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects until the sale is successfully completed.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth documentation and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.
Stay updated on new health insurance products, portability rules, and market trends.
Work closely with Team Leaders and managers to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
