Job Description:

Team Leader

A Team Leader is responsible for guiding, supervising, and motivating a group of employees to achieve organizational goals. They ensure tasks are completed efficiently, maintain team morale, and act as a bridge between management and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily team activities

Set clear goals and deadlines for team members

Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets

Train and mentor new and existing employees

Resolve conflicts and handle team challenges

Communicate updates from management to the team

Ensure quality standards and productivity levels are met

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of loan products.

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
