Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Multiple Loans Process
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell multiple loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
Handle inbound inquiries related to loan products.
Explain features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits of various loan products such as:
Personal Loans
Home Loans
Business Loans
Car Loans
Loan Against Property
Credit Card Offers
Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers for documentation and process completion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales, loan sales, or financial products (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
