Position: Team Leader – International Calling

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience

Location: B-127, Noida, Near Metro Station

About the Role

Eklavya Centre of Excellence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – International Calling for our education business.

The candidate will be responsible for leading an international calling team, guiding counsellors, monitoring performance, and ensuring that student enrolment and counselling targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of international education counsellors/calling executives.

Handle and monitor international calls related to educational programs, courses, and admissions.

Guide students/prospective learners regarding courses, programs, admissions, and other education-related services.

Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor individual and team performance, conversion rates, and follow-ups.

Provide support to team members during challenging calls and counselling conversations.

Conduct regular training, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Ensure professional communication and high-quality counselling standards.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.

Coordinate with management and other departments to improve the admission/enrolment process.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in international calling, education counselling, admissions, EdTech, BPO, or sales will be preferred.

Previous team-handling or team-leadership experience is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and target-achievement skills.

Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Comfortable working with international students/customers and different time zones.

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

First-Month Requirement

The selected Team Leader will be required to work hands-on with the team for the first month. During this period, the candidate will understand the complete education counselling process, calling process, student requirements, workflow, and targets before taking full responsibility for team leadership.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
