Bright Future Capital Private Limited is a leading financial services company offering Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds, and Credit Cards. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Team Leader to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telecalling/sales executives.

• Achieve team sales targets for Health & Life Insurance products.

• Monitor daily performance and ensure productivity.

• Coach, motivate, and train team members.

• Support the team in closing sales and resolving customer queries.

• Prepare daily performance reports and maintain sales records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 month–5 years of experience in Health/Life Insurance sales.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Supervisor.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong target-oriented mindset.
