Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Executive / Telecaller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive (Telecaller) with 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in domestic and international calling, lead conversion, and selling digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound domestic and international sales calls to potential clients

• Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying customers

• Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Websites, E-commerce Marketing, etc.)

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions

• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Maintain lead data and update CRM or lead sheets regularly

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a digital marketing company (mandatory)

• Proven experience as a telecaller / sales executive

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and pricing models

• Experience in domestic & international calling

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience selling SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, or E-commerce Marketing

• Comfortable with pressure and targets

• Good negotiation and closing skills

• Immediate or short notice period preferred
