Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Telecalling Team Leader to join our team at Biosenix Technology. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of tele-sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team performance through KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, revenue generation, and customer engagement.

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.

• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain high conversion rates.

• Monitor calls for quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow management and campaign execution.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

• Identify hiring needs and assist in recruitment and onboarding of new tele-sales executives.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below graduates and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
