Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
Ensure quality sales and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and share daily MIS and sales reports.
Develop strategies to improve team conversion and productivity.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
