Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of telecallers/sales executives.
Monitor daily calling activity and sales performance of the team.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members.
Achieve team targets and ensure productivity.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Maintain reports and update management on daily performance.
Ensure quality communication with customers.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Telecaller.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle team targets and pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
