Telecalling Manager

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Personal Loan Calling Executive. Your main job will be to call customers who have already applied for a personal loan and help them complete the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call customers who have already shown interest in taking a personal loan.

2. Explain loan details like benefits, eligibility, and process simply.

3. Follow up with customers regularly to move the loan application forward.

4. Guide customers to submit the required documents.

5. Check customer details and documents for correctness.

6. Share verified documents with the backend team for further processing.

7. Update call details and customer status in the system daily.

8. Maintain good communication and provide a smooth experience to customers.

Other Requirements:

1. Good communication and convincing skills.

2. Basic understanding of personal loan processes.

3. Ability to handle live leads efficiently and professionally.

4. Strong follow-up skills and customer-handling ability.

5. Basic computer knowledge (CRM/lead management tools).
