Key Responsibilities
Make outbound collection and recovery calls through the dialer system.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue personal loan payments.
Negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments.
Handle hard collections and delinquent accounts professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution of customer issues.
Provide regular feedback and status updates to reporting managers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dialer systems.
Strong negotiation and recovery skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience
1 to 6 year of experience in Personal Loan Recovery, Collection, Telecalling, or related NBFC collection processes will be preferred.
Salary
Candidates with 1+ Year Relevant Experience: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
