We're Hiring: Telecalling ExecutiveLocation: Lower Parel, MumbaiDepartment: Sales / Customer SupportWe're looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, meeting targets, and contributing to business growth-this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound calls to introduce and promote company products/servicesManage inbound calls by addressing customer queries and concernsBuild strong customer relationships and understand their needsMaintain accurate call records, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM systemAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead targetsCoordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign resultsEligibility:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferredBasic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applicationsRequired Skills:Excellent communication and persuasion skillsStrong problem-solving ability and resilienceGood time management and multitasking skillsInterested candidates can apply now or share their CV at info@zafify.com
