Telecalling Executive — Vendor Acquisition
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to reach out to prospective vendors and sign them up for listing on our platform. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective vendors and introduce our platform and its benefits
Explain listing options and guide interested vendors through the sign-up process
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
Handle vendor queries and objections professionally
Maintain call records and update CRM/trackers regularly
Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (final-year students may also apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with high call volumes
Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or any customer-facing role is an added advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software
