Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to be a critical member of our sales force. This role is at the forefront of our customer acquisition strategy, requiring you to proactively engage potential customers, cultivate strong relationships via telephone, and effectively articulate the value of our internet services. Your primary mission will be to significantly drive sales and revenue by identifying customer needs and positioning the most suitable product and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactive Sales Generation: Initiate high-volume outbound calls using provided leads to engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
· Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to accurately understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate connectivity solutions.
· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed challenging monthly sales targets, thereby contributing directly to the overall team and company revenue goals.
· Data Management & Reporting: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
· Pipeline Management: Strategically follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates and accelerate the sales cycle.
· Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and professionally address all customer objections or concerns.
· Strategic Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· Experience: Proven, successful track record in telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing sales/service environment.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Tamil and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant asset.
· Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills for professional engagement.
· Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
· Drive: Highly motivated and results-focused, with a clear orientation towards achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
Essential Skills:
· Sales & Negotiation: Expertise in negotiation, persuasion, and effective cold-calling techniques.
· Technology & CRM: Proficient in operating CRM software for managing the sales pipeline and competent in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Business Acumen: Strong skills in customer relationship management and efficient time management.
