About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Convert qualified leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
