We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Tele calling Executive to generate business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Identify customer requirements and buying potential.
Schedule appointments for sales executives.
Customer Follow-up
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Reconnect with inactive or previous customers.
Maintain regular communication until the lead is closed or marked inactive.
Sales Support
Explain company products such as wallpapers, window blinds, glass films, PVC panels, flooring, and other interior surface solutions.
Share product catalogs and company information via WhatsApp or email.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and site visits.
CRM & Documentation
Update all customer interactions in the CRM.
Record call outcomes, follow-up dates, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and contact details.
Ensure no lead is missed or left without follow-up.
Customer Service
Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally.
Resolve basic customer queries or forward them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during all customer interactions.
Reporting
Submit daily call reports.
Report lead status and conversion updates.
Meet assigned call, lead generation, and appointment targets.
Responsibilities
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Ensure timely follow-up with every assigned lead.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts when required.
Follow company policies, processes, and CRM guidelines.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
Good telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
Graduate or equivalent.
Previous tele calling, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
