Job Description – Telecaller
Position: Telecaller – Visa & Immigration Consultancy
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Sayajigunj, Vadodara
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Visa & Immigration Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining available visa/immigration services, and generating qualified leads.
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Salary: ₹[Salary] + Incentives
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates who are confident in speaking with customers and have an interest in sales, counselling and international education/immigration services are preferred.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good Hindi and English communication; Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, visa consultancy or education consultancy is an advantage.
