Job Title: Telecalling Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and focused Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for making daily outbound calls, maintaining records, and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and/or Hindi and be comfortable handling telephonic interactions professionally.
Note: Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound cold calls as per assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
Update and manage calling data in the prescribed format.
Prepare and submit daily reports to seniors.
Follow company processes and calling guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation and data maintenance.
Coordinate with reporting managers regarding daily work status.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Ability to maintain records and data accurately.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass.
Graduate preferred.
