Tele calling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele calling Executive to connect with prospective customers, introduce our products and services, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Introduce the company's products and services.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the Sales Executive.

• Follow up with potential customers to maintain interest.

• Update customer details and call records in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads.

• Maintain daily call reports and achieve call targets.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships over the phone.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

• Good listening and follow-up skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of tele calling/customer support/sales experience can apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in B2B tele calling or lead generation is an advantage.

• Experience in the electronics, automation, IoT, or manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

• Number of outbound calls made per day.

• Qualified leads generated.

• Meetings or demos scheduled.

• Follow-up completion rate.

• Customer response and conversion ratio.

• CRM/call report accuracy.
